K.Rajkumar is working as a senior lecturer in the department of computer science from June 2006 in KSR college of Arts and Science and also taking the additional role of placement coordinator for UG computer science. His area of specialization is Data communication networks, data warehousing and Data mining. His teaching experience is 11 years in colleges and in industry for nearly one and half years. He has worked as a lecturer in Vivekanandha college of arts & science,Elayampalayam from 02/08/1999 to 31/03/2006. He has acted as HOD for M.sc.Software science course during that period. He has guided more than 200 students in the final year Pg project in different areas like mobile computing, distributed computing and Data Mining. His contributions to the department are giving placement training, Counselling, Class Committee incharge, Lab incharge and Time table incharge. He has received the best lecturer award in the Vivekandha college of Arts & Science for producing Ten hundred percent result in the subjects and has received the gold medal and cash prize from Erode collector Mr.Suppuraj.
